Ms. D Age：57 Genotyping：2a From：hebei
Ms. D from Hebei Province, with HCV-RNA quantity of 2.39E+05 IU/ml, could not tolerate IFN therapy due
to her health condition. With our help, she went to India and took Sofosbuvir from Gilead in Fortis
hospital in October. After two weeks of administration, her HCV QUANT was below 500 IU/ml, i.e.
Clinical negative. Now she is following the prescription of Indian doctor’s and waiting for a complete
cure.
Mr.Y Age：45 Genotyping：1b From：anhui
HCV-RNA quantity of Mr. Z from Anhui Province was 9.35E+05 IU/ml before his journey to India. After
being aware of that KOANARK could get Sofosbuvir in India, he decided to join in KOANARK and accept
treatment in India. He got Sofosbuvir from Gilead in India. After one month of administration, his test
results turned to be negative.
Ms.J Age：49 Genotyping：2a From：liaoning
Ms. J from Liaoning Province, with HCV-RNA quantity of 4.50E+05 IU/ml before her journey to India,

HCV QUANT was below 1000IU/ml, i.e. Clinical negative.

HCV-RNA quantity of Mr. Y from Heilongjiang Province was 11400IU/ml before his treatment. With our
help, he went to India and took Sofosbuvir from Gilead in Fortis hospital at the end of August. After
one month of administration, his HCV QUANT was negative.
Mr.L Age：28 Genotyping：1b From：hebei
HCV-RNA quantity of Mr. L from Hebei Province was 11400IU/ml on July 14th, before his treatment. With
our help, he went to India and accepted treatment in Medanta hospital at the end of July. After
returning with Sofosbuvir, he started the administration. One week later, his HCV QUANT was <500 IU/mL,
i.e. negative, which means 99.99% of the virus had been cleared.
Mr.Z Age：36 Genotyping：2a From：shanghai
HCV-RNA quantity of Mr. Z from Shanghai was 1.00E+07 IU/ml before his journey to India. With our help,
he went to India and accepted treatment in Medanta hospital in July. After returning with Sofosbuvir,
he started the administration. Two weeks later, 99.999% of his virus had been cleared.
Ms.G Age：35 Genotyping：3b From：jiangsu
Genotyping of Ms. G from Jiangsu Province was HCV-3, and her HCV-RNA quantity reached to 1960000 IU/ml.
Accompanied by Dr. Yang from KOANARK, she went to India and had examinations in Max hospital at the end
of July. Experts in Max hospital gave her individual prescription. After two weeks of administration of
Sofosbuvir, her HCV QUANT was <500 IU/mL, which means 99.99% of her virus had been cleared.
